These Terms and Conditions set the framework for using a PalmSlots account, including registration, games, betting, promotions, payments, verification and complaints. Read the version shown with your account and the specific rules shown before using a service or accepting an offer. Those current terms apply to the activity in question and can be updated.

Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18, or meet a higher minimum age where the local rules require it. You are responsible for checking that use is lawful in your own jurisdiction. Availability is not the same for every location, so confirm what is available in the account rather than relying on a general description of the site.

Registration information and contact details must be accurate. An account is for the individual account holder’s personal, non-commercial use, and only one account is permitted per person. Keep the password private and do not allow anyone else to access the account. These requirements help protect the account and support an accurate review when needed.

Payments and account verification

Use a payment method in your own name. The cashier and bet slip show the methods or limits available to the account at the time; see Payments for an overview of the process. Do not treat an available method on a general page as a guarantee that it can be used for a particular account or transaction.

Verification can be requested during an account review or before a withdrawal. A request may require a photo ID, a selfie with the ID, or a bank statement or utility bill, with proof of address normally no more than three months old. Games, bets and promotions

Games and bets are subject to their applicable rules, including how results and settlements are determined. Check the relevant game or betting rules before placing a wager, and review the account or bet list afterwards if you need to see its recorded status.

Promotions have additional terms. A displayed offer may set requirements, restrictions, eligible games or a time period. Read those specific conditions before activation; Bonuses gives general context but does not replace an offer’s terms.
